FracFx Plugin Pack by FracFx FracFx Plugin Pack by FracFx
A while back I had removed all my plugins after a conversation with someone who was making an external render program and he didn't like me not following "the rules" of plugin making.

After talking to =Xyrus02 I became convinced to re-upload them (because he doesn't follow "the rules" either and that's how Direct Coloring plugins came about :D).

These are experimental and I included the source codes for the ones I still had (lost some due to hard drive crash and don't recall the source)

Plugins included:

Blocky.dll (based off of Tyrantwaves Block plugin)

Bubble2.dll (my version of bubble with x,y,z variables, the preview shown above uses this)

Marblur.dll (not really a blur, came about as an experiment with hyperbolic tesselations, more like a different kind of bubble/hemisphere type plugin)

Mcarpet.dll ("Magic Carpet", a kind funky plugin that "twists" your flame)
this dev was made using mcarpet in Apophysis2.08beta2-2d:

Mirrors.dll (lost the source code but there are some scripts out there that use this so I included it)

Octagon.dll (another experiment that came about from a hyperbolic tesselation experiment)

Splitbrdr.dll (combination of Boarders and splits plugins)

Tess_v2.dll (a tesselation plugin based off of Keeps Tess_v1_unreleased plugin)

the main reason I uploaded it is because
~Juggalo5 just posted the Medallion Tutorial that uses marblur.dll [link]

+ the BC & BD scripts that are out that use Mirror.dll

These are not compatible with flam3 if you render by the "export to disc" method using flam3, but they will render just fine with Apophysis' internal renderer

special thanks to =Xyrus02, ~Keeps, and
~zephyrtronium for all the help in programming Apo plugins and the GDG Tutorial in Aposhack :p

thanks, these were some of my first plugins and I didn't exactly follow the "rules" so they can be kinda funky acting sometimes, my last one (my favorite) was DC-Cylinder (not in this pack) can be downloaded here fracfx.deviantart.com/art/DC-C…

I have been looking for the "squarical" plugin...any chance you might know where I can find it?

I think it's in a pack on this page: [link]
The originator "Keeps" deactivated his account a while back, but it's here somewhere, I don't have a way to download those packs to check but I'm pretty sure it's in one of them.

Excellent...thanks a lot. :)
I thought had downloaded this already, but I guess not. This also includes many others that I don't have yet.

no problem, I think there are several version of bubble2 but made by different people depends on which one you're really looking for if you're using a script, mirror is kinda funky, it doesn't like negative values and probably works best as an fx transform just experiment with it
